Nestled in Kendal, a picturesque gateway to the stunning Lake District, this accommodation offers a unique blend of comfort and charm set in the grounds of a beautifully renovated 19th-century stone-built Gastro Pub. The elegance of our suite, complete with an oak-carved spiral staircase leading to a quirky loft bedroom, was simply delightful. It provided a spacious oasis for my partner and me, featuring a modern, tiled bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen for a touch of self-catering luxury. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly enjoying a hearty breakfast - the chefs were more than happy to whip up delicious bacon sandwiches for us to savor in the cozy living area. The attentiveness of the staff added to the property's ambiance, making us feel welcomed and valued. The nearby play area is perfect for families, ensuring that every guest has something to enjoy on-site. We truly appreciated the high quality of the food and drinks, expertly crafted from locally sourced ingredients, elevating our dining experience.
